About the Cover
Cover: A radial representation of a series of six confocal sections from the immunofluorescence analysis of a primary fibroblast derived from a type II spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) patient. The SMA cell was co-stained for the SMA gene product SMN protein (green) and the spliceosomal snRNPs marker TMG (red). The merged image shows that the nuclear SMN foci are negative for TMG. See article by Renvoisé et al. (pp. 680-692).
