Cover: Denticles are actin-based projections of the Drosophila embryonic epidermis that exhibit planar polarity. In mutants with reduced Wingless signaling, like this wingless mutant, planar polarity is disrupted. F-actin (phalloidin) is green and anti-phosphotyrosine, which outlines cells, is red.
