About the Cover
Cover: Localization of SR45, a novel splicing factor, in Arabidopsis protoplasts. The top protoplast shows the localization of GFP-tagged serine/arginine-rich domain 2 (RS2) and the bottom protoplast shows the localization of GFP-tagged RNA recognition motif of SR45. The RS2 domain is necessary and sufficient for targeting of SR45 to nuclear speckles. Shown are merged fluorescence images of GFP (green) and chlorophyll (red).
