About the Cover
Cover: Photomicrograph of a section of male trachea that has been stained for Y chromosome (TxRd, red) by FISH analysis. This has been followed by immunohistochemistry to detect cytokeratin expression (FITC, green) and the resulting image shows the widespread expression of cytokeratin on the tracheal epithelial layer.
