Cover: Crane-fly spermatocyte undergoing cytokinesis at the end of meiosis I. Cell was fixed and stained for filamentous actin (F-actin). Image is a stacked series of confocal sections. Circumferential actin filaments are concentrated at the equator of this dividing cell.
