About the Cover
Cover. Nondegradable Scc1 induces a cut phenotype in human fibroblasts. DNA is stained with DAPI (blue). Telomeres (red) and centromeres (green) are detected by PNA-FISH. Telomeric signals present on the chromatin bridge suggest defects in telomere separation induced by the non-degradable Scc1 protein. See article by Yalon et al. (pp. 1961-1970).
