About the Cover
Cover: Shmooing fission yeast cells stained with Calcofluor and lectin. Cells were pulsed with FITC-lectin and then allowed to grow for 6 hours in the presence of pheromone. Cells were then stained with Calcofluor. Lectin (blue) stains areas that have not grown, whereas Calcofluor (yellow) stains areas that have.
