About the Cover
Cover: SW13 Vim- cells were co-transfected with the rat NFL (D469N) variant and wild-type rat NFM, and stained with monoclonal anti-NFM (green) and polyclonal anti-NFL (red) antibodies. Both proteins co-localized forming a filamentous network. The picture was manipulated to separate the image layer corresponding to staining with each antibody in a partially overlapping pattern instead of a fully merged image of staining with both antibodies.
