Cover: Merged image of a COS cell transiently transfected with the C-terminal IgI domain of myosin-binding protein C (C10) and sacromeric myosin heavy chain (MyHC). Co-expression of C10 (green) with MyHC (red) results in the co-localization of the recombinant proteins (orange) and the reorganization of MyHC into long peri-nuclear cables via intracellular crosslinking of the two A-band proteins.
