  Movie 1. PC12 cells were transfected to express ppANF-EGFP and live cells were imaged using a Leica TCS-SP-MP microscope at room temperature. The pin hole was set to airy 2.06. Images were captures every 1.64 seconds and a sequence of 60 images compiled to form the movie. Relatively little long-range movement of labelled secretory granules was observed over the time course of the experiment.
