(A) Extracts from MCF-7 cells transfected with scramble or specific hCAF1 siRNA duplexes or treated with Adox were immunoprecipitated using anti-Sam68 antibody, then analyzed by western blotting with ASYM24 after stripping with anti-Sam68 antibody. (B) Acid-extracted histones from MCF-7 cells transfected either with scramble or specific hCAF1 or PRMT1 siRNA duplexes were resolved on SDS-PAGE and revealed by western blotting using the anti-dimethyl-Histone H4 (Arg3) antibody.
