  Fig. S1. ZBP1-expressing MTLn3 cells show similar ZBP1 levels to endogenous MTC cells. (A) ZBP1 levels in EGFP-ZBP1-expressing MTLn3 and control MTLn3 cells were compared by western blot using an antibody against ZBP1, normalized to a tubulin loading control. In addition, the expression level in each of these lines was compared with a less metastatic mammary tumor cell line (MTC) previously shown to have higher ZBP1 mRNA levels. (B) Ratios of normalized ZBP1 levels for EGFP-ZBP1-expressing MTLn3 cells, control MTLn3 cells and MTC cells were calculated from three independent western blots (error bars indicate ± s.e.m.)
