  Movie 1. This demonstrates the effect of SMA-FP treatment on SMA-EGFP-transfected REF-52 cells. Fluorescence images were acquired at 2 minute intervals for 90 minutes. The sequence starts with the recording of an untreated cell for 10 minutes. SMA-FP provokes gradual disappearance of a-SMA-EGFP fluorescence in stress fibers correlating with the formation of RLS.

  Movies 2 and 3. These movies show FRAP analyses performed in control conditions (movie 2) or on cells pre-treated for 15 minutes with SMA-FP (movie 3). Colored dots on movie 2 highlight movements of bar-shaped bleached zones during fluorescence recovery. Image sequences were monitored at 1 frame/minute for 40 minutes.
