Cells treated with siRNAs for FAK were transiently transfected with either wtFAK-GFP (A-D) or FAK Y397F-GFP (E-H) and plated on fibronectin for 1 hour. The images show GFP-FAK (A-B, E-F) and the corresponding phase photographs (C-D, G-H). Arrows indicate cells that are expressing the GFP-FAK constructs.
