Movie 1

NIH 3T3 cells stably transfected with pcDNA were grown on glass coverslips, serum-starved for 4 days and then stimulated with PDGF. Cells were videotaped from minute 5 to minute 10 after stimulation at 2-second intervals. Motile dorsal ruffles are observed.

Cells were videotaped from minute 5 to minute 10 after stimulation at 2-second intervals. An increase in number and motility of dorsal ruffles compared to control cells is observed.
