Although most fak-/- cells (>90%) exhibited PYK2 focal adhesion targeting (+++), most fak-/- cells expressing FAK or FRNK (>80%) showed reduced staining intensity (+) compared with fak-/- cells without FAK or FRNK expression in the same image field.
