The series of 24 DIC frames shows the nuclear migration of the oocyte nucleus from its posterior position to the dorso-anterior corner. This nuclear migration event is the same as the one shown in Fig. 5. Taping started at 35:25:54 (hour:min:sec) and continued for almost four hours. Time points for each frame are indicated.
