Four dimensional time lapse studies (3D viewing in time) of an interphase cell showing that the intranuclear tubules are remarkably stable as compared to the highly dynamic nuclear lamina. The movie shows a series of 3D images taken over a time span of 30 minutes. For stereo viewing use red/green glasses.
