Surface Reflexion Interference Microscopy of Bull Spermatozoa

This type of microscopy gives absolute measurements of the vertical dimension and configuration of an object. As an example bull spermatozoa were used and measurements showed the vertical dimension and thus the volume to be considerably smaller than obtained by other methods.
