(A,B) Palmitoylated ${alpha}$ -dystrobrevin expressed on the sarcolemma of TA muscle of mdx mice restored the levels of ${alpha}$ -syntrophin and AQP4 but failed to restore sarcolemmal nNOS as determined by (A) immunofluorescence and (B) immunoblots of membrane proteins.
