To inhibit ROS production, cells were preincubated with 10 uM DPI then exposed
to hypoxic or normoxic conditions for 1 hour (B). Fluorescence data are
represented relative to normoxic values. Means ± s.e.m. were calculated
from three independent experiments. Significant differences
